Embark on a new career journey with Flagship Facility Services! Our FAQ section is designed to guide you through the entire application process, from finding the right job on our Jobs Page to submitting your application via Workday.

 
 

You can start by visiting the Flagship Jobs Page and selecting “View Job Listings”. This will take you to Workday, where you can filter job opportunities by Location, Time Type, Job Category, and More. Select a job to view the description. If you’d like to proceed, select “Apply” and follow the directions. You’ll be prompted to either create a profile or log in if you’re a returning candidate.

While we do recommend uploading a resume, you can apply without one or input your work history later in the process. We suggest that you upload/input a brief description of your background, experience, education, and transferrable skills, as this information will help us evaluate your qualifications.

Unfortunately, you can’t create an account using a phone number. We currently only support sign-in using a valid email address.

Yes! We encourage you to apply for roles that align with both your interests and skillset. Each application you submit will be evaluated separately, since role requirements may vary. Our goal is to match you with the best opportunity that aligns with your skillset and preferences.

You can always log in to check the status of jobs you’ve applied to. We’ll review applications and notify you if your skillset/experience matches the role. Your dashboard is updated regularly to display the status of your applications. When an application status changes, your dashboard is updated in almost real-time.

You can start by logging into Workday and navigating to your dashboard. Select “Menu” in the top left corner, followed by “My Career”. Then, select “Find Jobs – Internal” under “Applications and Available Jobs”. From here, you can filter job opportunities based on your requirements. Select a job to view the description. To proceed, select “Apply”.
